To Hawks: Kenley Jansen and Psychos round 29 pick (or 28 if the 29th is not in play due to the Blue Chipper)

To Psychos: Joulys Chacin and Hawks round 7 pick.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that EVERY draft will have 29 rounds.

I assume this is a case of "I don't know how many rounds the draft will be and we want to trade the last round player".

I think it should be declared the 28th or 29th ASAP.

But forfeited picks can’t be traded...So Blue Chipper status could add an extra keeper and change the last pick that is available...

Actually, the pick selection does need to be determined now; not after the season.

Whether Pick 29 is forfeited or not is irrelevant as as of right now, it is not forfeit.

Traded pick is the Psychos 28th.
