Brendan Weitzman of the Manzanillo's Athletic Supporters has set up a great GoogleDoc that will help us keep track of our draft pick transactions.
The link is here, and anyone with the link can contribute. If a team goes over 33 or under 23 picks it'll flag their pick count in red as noncompliant with the 5-in/5-out rule.
