Freeland and Marquez both available for picks

I thought Marquez made a compelling sleeper case for being a keeper for next season (Colorado is currently a 119 park factor for pitchers, and his FIP is competitive) before he got hurt probably for the rest of the season.

So, now that I am postured as a seller, I need some picks and am looking to turn the rest of Freeland and Marquez's 2018 seasons into something useful before they both turn into pumpkins (or, in Freeland's case, simply vanish from the earth altogether).
