Heading into the final day of the regular season, we saw a 3-way tie for the division lead between the Mojos, That Ball Club, and Bandini's Bombers, with The Mojos and That Ball Club playing each other. It had been a seesaw battle all year and it came down to ONE GAME.
While the final games weren't terribly dramatic (The Bombers gave up a 4 spot in the first and never really recovered, and the Mojos got up 6-0 and coasted from there, basically) this was a remarkably exciting finish. Fun regular season folks, I'm sure I'll be seeing at least one of these teams in the playoffs for a chance at the last laugh.
