For anyone who doesn’t have all of their minor league keeper spots filled, I have some possibilities….
Jorge Alcala, Twins RP, a good reliever who would fit in any team’s bullpen in their set up area. He has a 3.33 ERA and a 1.09 WHIP. He is about to go unlimited (1.1 innings to go).

LHB: 207/286/366
Spencer Turnbull, SP/RP combo (Phillies), he has pitched 54.1 innings and will qualify for the rotation or bullpen (7 starts). He has a 2.65 ERA and a 1.05 WHIP. He is scheduled to come back in September and throw more innings. He has great splits:
RHB: 202/275/330
LHB: 171/284/318
